To help Sub-Contractors and Suppliers provide bids to us on those projects that we are currently bidding, W. Harley Miller makes all Plans and Specifications available for download from our site.
In order to access those files your company will need to register with our site. Registration is simple and will give you access to the parts of the site not available to non-members.
After joining our site, if you then wish to bid with us on any particular project, just request access to that project's "Bid Page", where you will find Plans and Specifications, as well as a forum to discuss the project as well as ask questions about it.
Once a member of our site, you will remain a member and will only need to request access to those projects on which you wish to bid.
